Key Job Responsibilities
Craft & develop compelling stories and content (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos.) that land our value propositionHave a solid understanding of Amazon Connect customers, our product and the market more broadlyRegularly engage with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacyPlan and execute marketing initiatives at events to showcase Amazon Connect innovation, messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessionsWork closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest resources, value propositions, and sales enablement contentPartner with other marketing teams (e.g., web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives.Continuously measure and improve product marketing initiativesBasic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programsExperience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launchesPreferred Qualifications
