Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with a strong Fullstack Java development background and over 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions, hands-on Java development (both backend and frontend), containerization, real-time data streaming, and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for architecting robust systems, leading and mentoring teams, driving development best practices, and ensuring seamless integration across the stack from code to cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Java (Spring Boot), frontend frameworks (React, Angular), and microservices architecture.

Lead container migrations from legacy to cloud-native infrastructure using OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Implement and optimize real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.

Take ownership of end-to-end architecture, CI / CD pipeline automation, and DevOps integration using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI / CD.

Ensure system performance, security, high availability, and compliance across platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, infrastructure, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mentor and coach development teams on performance tuning, coding standards, observability, and sustainable engineering practices.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate backend systems with frontend applications.

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using tools like Grafana and ELK Stack to improve operational visibility and reliability.

Participate in architectural reviews, technical audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
