Approximately 6-10 hours a week Attend YMCA dual meets as needed Assist Head Coach in planning swim meet and other team activities Other duties as directed by the Head Coach $11.00-$12.00 / hr - commensurate with experience Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.

Qualifications :
- Background and knowledge in competitive aquatics
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work with and motivate swimmers at practices and meets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Head Coach, swimmers, parents and YMCA staff
- Current YMCA v6 lifeguard, BLS, BFA, Emergency Oxygen Administration, other certifications as required.
