Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather product information and create accurate learning materials
Utilize instructional technology and e-learning tools to develop scalable learning solutions
Manage multiple projects and communicate progress to project teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Knowledge of adult learning principles and e-learning technologies
Background in the transportation industry is preferred
