Operations Leader

Location : Cedar Hill, TX

A growing, mission-driven organization within a national network is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations, drive growth, and champion high-quality service delivery at a local center. This individual will oversee business performance, community engagement, and team leadership while ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Community Impact

  • Lead local growth initiatives and achieve performance goals for client engagement and service utilization.
  • Build relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and partners to expand outreach and visibility.
  • Promote a culture of proactive engagement and client-centered service.

Financial & Business Leadership

  • Manage operational budgets, including revenue, expenses, and labor allocation.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain standards aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Use data insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Team Development & Culture

  • Recruit, inspire, and retain a talented, mission-focused team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and recognition.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders.
  • Relationship & Community Engagement

  • Serve as a visible and trusted leader within the community.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and referral networks.
  • Support outreach and educational initiatives that align with the organization’s mission.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or other service-oriented industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing operations, finances, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and emotional intelligence.
