A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general IT end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or chat
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Analyze customer issues to prioritize and drive positive customer experience results
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a professional industry
High School Diploma or GED
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to work weekdays from 1 : 30pm to 10 : 00pm EST
