Facets Configuration Specialist

Role Overview

The Facets Configuration Specialist supports all projects with the Service Operations team as related to Configuration.;

Work Arrangement

• This is a 100% Remote Position

Responsibilities

Provides strategic analysis and input and is accountable for project performance including proactive escalation of slippage in projects schedules and deliverable as well as the development and implementation of contingency plans

Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering limitations, operation time and desired results

Identifies, defines and corrects operational difficulties encountered in project execution

Troubleshoots integration issues and proactively coordinates decision making, problem and conflict resolution

This position is also responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the work of other business system analyst as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems / barriers as they are identified.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience in Business Administration or Information Systems Technology

At least two to four (2-4) years supervisory or management experience preferred

At least eight (8) years Business Analyst, FACETS Configuration, or related business area experience

At least five to six (5-6) years Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience.

Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros

Position is required to work ten (10) or more projects consecutively, depending on size.
