Senior Product Manager, AI Engagement

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI-Powered Engagement - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities :

Define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered features for intelligent customer engagement

Utilize expertise in AI technologies to address challenges in outbound operations

Conduct market analysis to guide product roadmap and differentiation

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS

Proven track record of large-scale product deliveries and successful launches

Significant experience with AI, digital channels, and automation technologies

Experience in managing beta programs and conducting A / B testing
