How You Will Make a Difference :

  • Provide outstanding nursing services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
  • Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants to maintain high standards of care.
  • Adhere to Federal, State, and Local regulations and guidelines as mandated by the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure all nursing staff follows written policies and procedures set by the facility.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • Active LPN license in your state of residence.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
