About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President and Head of Product Design to lead and mentor a diverse team of design professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and user experience of the company's product portfolio, with a focus on making complex tasks simple and empowering for users of all types. This role involves creating a vision, establishing a roadmap, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. The Head of Product Design will work closely with the leadership team, product and engineering leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to influence the experience of products used by millions of people and thousands of companies daily. Building a talented, diverse, and inclusive team is a key aspect of the role. Applicants for the Vice President and Head of Product Design position at the company should have a proven track record of leading world-class product design teams, with a preference for those with experience in B2B technology. The role requires deep empathy for and understanding of user needs, as well as technical expertise and curiosity, particularly in the area of network services. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in product and UX design, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in design principles and practices. Experience in leading design engineering teams and design systems is also essential.
