The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to :

• Assist small business owners in putting together business plans, advise in financing new business and offering other resources and matching them with resource partners.
• Profile new clients, assess the needs to the clients and follow-up with clients.
• Educate new clients about the resources available within the business resource center and other Zions Bank departments.
• Provide counseling to clients through one-on-one consultations, e-mail or over the phone.
• Attend and represent the bank at business lunches and other events as requested.
• Liaise between ZBRC and all internal department and business partners to ensure proper communication and efficient operations.
• Public speaking may be component of the position.
• Maintain relationships with all service providers and partners
