Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to our residents in Keota, IA. This role offers the opportunity to support multiple facilities while helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Shift Available : Part-Time

Rate : Up to $55 / hour

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop therapy programs aligned with each patient’s needs and capabilities.

Evaluate residents to collect data necessary for treatment planning and develop measurable short- and long-term goals.

Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in techniques and skills related to the occupational therapy treatment program.

Support and encourage residents in achieving their highest possible level of functional independence.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) in the State of Iowa.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
