This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their tail lights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them.

Requested Tasks

• Escort guests to room, delivery luggage, messages, packages and any other hotel items for the convenience of the guests
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
• Ensure guest is familiar with the room features upon arrival (i.e. thermostat)
• Maintain presence in the lobby, when not delivering luggage to guest room, offering assistance to guests
