Job Summary

Serves as a strategic consultant and liaison between our affiliates, external vendors, and the broader health system. This role is central to advancing The Meaning of Care by ensuring that patient and family voices are integrated into operational decisions and experience improvement efforts. The Specialist collaborates with affiliate leaders to identify priorities, supports the implementation of experience strategies, and facilitates communication with vendors to optimize survey tools and data insights. As a trusted resource, the Specialist promotes alignment, accountability, and innovationhelping Methodist fulfill its vision to be the preferred integrated health system in the region while upholding our commitment to patient-centered care, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to interpret patient experience data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Guide departments in developing evidence-based experience strategies aligned with system goals.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
