The ideal candidate will lead complex, high-impact roofing projects, ensuring success and serving as the main point of contact for customers, crews, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial roofing projects with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with estimators, leadership, and subcontractors to ensure clear scope and timely delivery.
• Conduct jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment.
• Lead production meetings, problem solve in real time, and keep projects on track and on budget.
• Manage billing, costs, and reporting with attention to detail.
