Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit - $1,876 per week in Florence, SC

Description : This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The shift is 3x12 hours, specifically during the night from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires a holiday rotation and every other weekend coverage. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1 : 2. Nurses in this unit may need to float to similar units as necessary. Experience in cardiac care is essential. Candidates must have a valid state RN license or a compact license prior to starting. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Travelers should be prepared for assignments during hurricane season, which runs from June to November. All required time off must be included at the time of submission. Approval for requested time off will depend on facility needs. Local candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must be able to manage and care for patients requiring ECMO, post-operative care from cardiac surgeries, and have experience with critical care protocols.
