Traveling Construction Foreman

About the Role

Clean Vapor, a FullTerra company, is expanding our field leadership team and seeking a hands-on Traveling Construction Foreman to lead installation of vapor intrusion mitigation systems across commercial and residential sites nationwide.

This position is ideal for a field-focused leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing small crews, and independently running projects from mobilization through close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation of vapor intrusion mitigation systems in existing commercial buildings
• Oversee vertical / overhead piping, coring, slab cutting, conduit installation, and roof penetrations
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, crane lifts, equipment deliveries, and safety compliance
• Read and interpret shop drawings and material layouts
• Ensure OSHA and site-specific safety procedures are followed (OSHA 30 / 40 eligible)
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal project managers
• Mentor and train field team members while working alongside them
• Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and company truck / trailer combos
