N-able is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us on our journey of growth. The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Cove is responsible for accelerating growth in the highest growing Data Protection product category at N-able. You will become a product expert and go-to person for the Sales and Marketing teams, understanding Cove Data Protection and the products that compete with it in the market. You’ll work with product management, marketing, demand generation, and sales, enablement to drive the understanding of product messaging and value.
What You\'ll Do
- Product Messaging and Positioning – Describe the product in terms of its ability to solve partner problems, address key use cases, and create crisp and compelling messages that drive market acceptance and growth.
- Content Creation – Generate insightful and compelling content (IP, webinars, blogs, e-books and other marketing assets) to influence customers, buyers, industry specialists.
- Customer testimonials and Case studies – Conduct customer interviews to build compelling case studies and testimonials.
- Support product / feature launch – From creating the value proposition to sales enablement material to product data / fact sheets.
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Contribute to revenue attainment and growth for individual products and ongoing marketing activities that impact product performance.
- Customer and Competitive Intelligence – Map customer needs and analyze competitor offerings, determine strengths and weaknesses, and develop a winning strategy. Identify and validate urgent, pervasive problems in the market by interviewing customers, evaluators and potential buyers.
- Sales Training – Design and deliver training content to help salespeople focus on how to sell the product, not how to use it.
- Event and Sales Support – Provide product expertise for tradeshows, webinars and seminars including building compelling presentations and ongoing support for the sales channel.
What You\'ll Bring
5+ years of experience in IT technology marketing, sales, product marketing, or similarExperience with content writing in the IT spaceExperience with B2B marketing of SaaS products is a plusExecution with a sense of urgency – Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally to deliver resultsProblem solving – Ability to make sense of complexity and ambiguity and address challenges appropriatelySuperior communication skills – Ability to clearly communicate the right information at the right time to the right people.
