We are working with a Construction firm in Houston, TX, with a strong portfolio of multifamily and commercial developments across the region.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on active multifamily and commercial construction sites throughout the Greater Houston area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final punch list.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor job site safety, enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and ensure consistent communication with project managers.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and code standards.
• Help resolve issues quickly to minimize delays or cost overruns.
