What We Seek

We are currently hiring independently licensed clinicians who are ready to make a significant impact and grow with our team. We are particularly interested in those who :

Are willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week

Are behavioral health generalists and open to working with couples and children (with our support)

Value autonomy while enjoying teamwork

Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities

Possess strong character, valuing integrity, openness, and a commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts

Must reside in and be licensed to provide services in Massachusetts

Compensation :

Salary potential up to $66,500, based on your level of licensure, session volume, and bonus potentials.
