With competitive pay at $26-30 / hour , this position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about hotel maintenance and engineering.

The typical schedule is five 8-hour shifts / week, but you'll be on-call 24 / 7. We offer fantastic benefits, too!

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A HOTEL CHIEF ENGINEER

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the physical facilities of our hotel through a structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. You also ensure that all daily hotel work orders are handled swiftly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction. With your expertise in managing all aspects of the hotel's preventative maintenance program, such as guestroom repairs, HVAC systems, fire systems, plumbing, electrical, key systems, deep cleaning, grounds, exterior painting, and other building functions, you're invaluable to our organization. Additionally, you play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our hotel grounds and building, maintaining our hotel's grounds and landscaping in a neat and attractive manner, and ensuring timely snow removal and safety of walkways and parking lots. With your can-do attitude, you thrive in this role!
