Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC | Rifle, CO

Schedule : 3 Days a Week | 12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours / Week)

Position Details :

Shift : 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week

Setting : Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Facility

Status : Full-time contract (36 hours / week)

Start Date : ASAP or upon availability

✅ Responsibilities :

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff

Promote dignity and respect in all resident interactions

Maintain clean and safe environments

Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care

✅ Requirements :

Active Colorado CNA license

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Minimum of 6 months recent experience in long-term care

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Strong communication and time-management skills
