We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with 7+ years of experience for a fully remote position with our client on the East Coast. Must have experience in the insurance or financial services industries. Must be able to work East Coast hours. Must have experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, Excel, and Tableau. Salary is up to 95K with some flex depending on experience and qualifications.

The Senior Marketing Specialist develops member segmentation strategies, journey maps, and personalized experiences to drive engagement, growth, and retention. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, data insights, and collaboration to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute marketing initiatives driven by business goals, segmentation strategies, and market trends.
  • Design personalized segmentation strategies, including account-based marketing, to enhance engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and member relations teams to align on priorities, goals, and execution.
  • Partner with digital, events, and content teams to ensure strategy alignment and maximize program effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Support sales teams with insights, campaign strategies, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage budgets and operational activities for segment-specific marketing programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related areas.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to act on data insights.
  • Proven experience partnering with sales teams to drive awareness and revenue.
  • Agile and adaptable, capable of pivoting strategies as needed.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, execution, and project management.
  • Experience with B2B / B2C segmentation and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Flexible and receptive to feedback in fast-paced environments
