Compliance Program Supervisor
The Pipeline and Terminals Operations Group at Flint Hills Resources is looking for a Compliance Program Supervisor to join our Pipeline Compliance Team. This role will supervise Compliance Program Specialists who are responsible for compliance programs, regulatory reporting, and operations compliance support. This role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. This includes interpreting and communicating existing and proposed regulations, coordinating and facilitating regulatory compliance inspections, owning key compliance programs, and being the point of contact for questions regarding regulatory interpretations and applicability. This role can be based in Rosemount, MN; Wichita, KS; or Corpus Christi, TX.

For this role, we anticipate paying $95,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
