Job description

A reputable and growing Anesthesia Group is seeking to expand and is seeking two full time, Anesthesiologists to join the program in Santa Maria, CA (Santa Barbara County). Wonderful opportunity for new or seasoned physicians to join a stable group and enjoy support from Dignity Health while living on the beautiful Central Coast of CA!

Details :

  • Full time, permanent employment opportunity
  • Private group which has been in existence since 1990.  Group currently has 18 physicians.
  • Partnership track after year 1 of employment

Competitive compensation structure inclusive of : 1099 model with guaranteed salary, sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement

  • Hospital is Marian Regional Medical Center (MRMC), 1 beautiful, state of the art 200 bed facility located in Santa Maria, CA
  • MRMC includes : 7 Operating Rooms, catheter lab, all imaging capabilities
  • Call is evenly distributed amongst all group members
  • Surgical capabilities include : cardiac, general surgery, Obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, ENT, cardiac cath lab.  Some pediatrics, MRO, GI.
  • Minimal thoracic and vascular

    • Requirements :

  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Graduated from a ACGME approved program
  • Active CA license or ability to obtain CA license
  • Board eligible or Board certified in Anesthesiology
