  • Manage and oversee K-12 construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • \n

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges proactively.
  • \n

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • \n

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and minimize risks on-site.
  • \n

  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
