Account Manager - Employee Benefits

Valley Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Group Benefits Account Manager to join our team and add value to our growing client base.

We offer a comfortable hybrid schedule along with 100% employer contribution for healthcare benefits for employees & their families. Position Summary for Group Benefits Account Manager :

• Manage an assigned book of business while expanding and solidifying relationships with clients
• Responsible for day-to-day account management for medium and large group accounts
• Prepare proposals and enrollment materials
• Prepare and submit new group applications
• Process employee enrollments, terminations, COBRA
• Assist members with claims, which may include contacting carriers and providers
• Manage and protect the reputation of the company
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide technical support to Account Executives
