Work Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm.
Position Summary : Coordinate projects to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining and developing client relationships through quality service. Act as the liaison between Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and colleagues with a strong customer focus that is positive and enthusiastic, leveraging our brand. This position will also have the opportunity for earning Sales Commissions!
Primary Job Duties :
Review contract documents, clarify the scope, and resolve discrepancies.Track progress of assigned jobs to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, installation schedule and to ensure completion of work within target deadlines.Draft and verify submittalsReview and manage project documentsSchedule dates for site walk throughs, installations and decommissioning.Collect payments from clientsVerify approvals for client financing and schedule document signings.Identify and secure required permits, licenses, and procedures prior to commencement of work.Schedule permit inspections. Prepare submittals, close outs, and purchase ordersExperience with bluebeam, procore & QuickBook is a plusRequired Qualifications :
Must pass pre-employment background screens2+ years in project coordination or administrative settingExcellent communication skills, friendly personality, and great client service skillsCapable of making quick, thoughtful decisions and staying organizedAbility to work in an environment with interruptions and interact with diverse situations and peopleA self-starter able to prioritize needs with confidence based on the deadlines and activities within their scope of workAdvanced computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Outlook & Excel)Experience in plumbing, HVAC or construction trade is a plusoffice assistant, admin, admin jobs, office jobs, administration jobs, admin work
