  • Pay : $26-31 / hr Depending On Experience

    Work Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm.

    Position Summary : Coordinate projects to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining and developing client relationships through quality service. Act as the liaison between Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and colleagues with a strong customer focus that is positive and enthusiastic, leveraging our brand. This position will also have the opportunity for earning Sales Commissions!

    Primary Job Duties :

  • Review contract documents, clarify the scope, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track progress of assigned jobs to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, installation schedule and to ensure completion of work within target deadlines.
  • Draft and verify submittals
  • Review and manage project documents
  • Schedule dates for site walk throughs, installations and decommissioning.
  • Collect payments from clients
  • Verify approvals for client financing and schedule document signings.
  • Identify and secure required permits, licenses, and procedures prior to commencement of work.
  • Schedule permit inspections. Prepare submittals, close outs, and purchase orders
  • Experience with bluebeam, procore & QuickBook is a plus
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Must pass pre-employment background screens
  • 2+ years in project coordination or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and great client service skills
  • Capable of making quick, thoughtful decisions and staying organized
  • Ability to work in an environment with interruptions and interact with diverse situations and people
  • A self-starter able to prioritize needs with confidence based on the deadlines and activities within their scope of work
  • Advanced computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Outlook & Excel)
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC or construction trade is a plus
