Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Associate Medical Director & Clinic Administrator, provide palliative medical services to clients, ensuring appropriate and professional medical palliative care.
Minimum Requirements
1. Graduation from an accredited Baccalaureate school of nursing.
2. Completed training in the diagnosis and management of common as well as some complex medical conditions.
3. Current licensure in the State of California.
4. Certification as an Adult/Family/Pediatric/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
5. Previous experience with computer based systems required; Electronic Medical records experience preferred.
6. Previous experience in hospice/palliative care, high risk populations, including home based care preferred.
Pay Range: $108,160.00 - $178,984.00 annually
