How You\'ll Perform the Role

• Sales order scheduling and verification through a third party logistics company.
• Customer pick-up appointment scheduling.
• Yum Products ticket data base entry.
• Third Party trucking scheduling for inter- plant / warehouse transfers.
• Third Party Warehouse orders coordination, management, verification and posting.
• Month- End Finished goods inventory count.
• Finished Goods Cycle Count.
• Prepare shipping documents as per customer requirements (Ex. Walgreens, CVS & TJ Maxx).
• Prepare appropriate paperwork for all outbound freight
• Ensure trailers are properly docked for loading and unloading and put glad lock
• Loading and unloading of truck.
• Forklift checklist management and contact Shoppa\'s for repair request.
• Inspect forklifts before use for proper compliance to operational and safety standards
• Plant Safety audit and perform monthly safety CLMI training.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Group and carrier any order issues.
• UPS / Fedex package processing.
• Ship and receive finished goods, raw materials and scrap.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Warehouse Manager.
• Physical Demands : This position is typically a 9 hour shift. In a 9 hour shift, the physical demands are as follows : Requirements include, but are not limited to (all times are approximate) :
