Adecco Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Director to lead the Personal Training department at a Crunch Fitness location. The Fitness Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the personal training team driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities :

• Drive sales by pursuing leads and meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals.
• Build meaningful connections with potential clients and close sales effectively.
• Increase brand visibility inside and outside the facility through outreach and events.
• Attend local and in-house events to promote the club and your training team.
• Assess new clients' fitness needs and assign them to compatible trainers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both current and prospective clients.
• Address client concerns tactfully and efficiently.
• Accurately prepare and manage client contracts using company systems.
• Lead, coach, and mentor your team of trainers to achieve performance and sales objectives.
• Recruit, interview, and select top talent to fill team vacancies.
• Oversee trainer scheduling and ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote industry best practices and lead ongoing staff training.

Job Requirements :

Must pass a background check and drug screening. Use of finger scan technology for timekeeping is required. On-site position only remote work is not available.
