• Scope : The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.

• Hospital : 261 beds, level III trauma
• Requirements : Board certified (or board eligible w / in 5 years of training), Indiana or compact license
