What You Will Be Doing

Mentor K-8 students, building trust and fostering a limitless mindset.

Leverage AI and adaptive learning tools to tailor educational journeys, guiding students as they explore at their own pace.

Create and lead life-skills workshops, covering topics like public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration, to equip students for lifelong success.

Nurture a culture of curiosity and growth, helping students discover their strengths and passions.

Youth Program Director key responsibilities

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Exhibit strong public speaking skills, with a proven track record of engaging and energizing audiences.

Passion to connect with, inspire, and motivate K-8 students.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in coaching or mentoring children.

Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Commitment to in-person work at our Phoenix or Austin campus.

Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, which equates to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
