The RN Tele monitors patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responds promptly to any changes, and collaborates closely with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver safe, high-quality care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding to any abnormalities. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards. Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, medications, and post-discharge care. Maintain patient safety and follow all infection control and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to respond effectively to emergencies. Required Qualifications : RN license in hand Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
