Operations Support Specialist
Support the Operations Team with day-to-day tasks that keep our regions running smoothly.
Assist with process improvement initiatives, driving workflow efficiency through verification and data analysis.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and operational processes.
Review and process documentation accurately to ensure compliance and quality.
Complete insurance verification to confirm eligibility, coverage, co-insurance, and deductibles.
Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude to learn new systems.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan guidelines preferred.
Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment-someone proactive, patient, and accountable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a Contract position based out of Jefferson City, MO.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
