Financial Services Payments Practice

Financial Services Payments Practice is part of Accenture's North America Banking Client Service Group, providing consulting and outsourcing services to retail banking and payments clients across the U.S. and Canada. The practice focuses on driving Accenture's go-to-market strategies and offerings for U.S. and Canadian accounts, leveraging global payment expertise to deliver digital payments, card issuing, retail bank payments, and commercial cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop world-class business and technology solutions for consumer and commercial payments clients across a wide range of payment methods.
• Conduct operating model assessments (people, process, org) and client needs assessments.
• Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g., card platforms, pricing & profitability, workflow solutions, and treasury management portals.
• Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design during payments systems implementation engagements.
• Serve as a business architect during client engagements.
• Participate in the development of best-in-class, reusable assets.
• Participate in business development to originate new client opportunities.
• Be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday – Thursday).
