A company is looking for a Network Operations Center Manager to lead a team of technical support specialists in a 24 / 7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a distributed team of NOC Engineers, including training and performance feedback
Maintain 24 / 7 shift rotations and coordinate ticket distribution and workload balancing
Conduct ticket quality reviews and respond to escalations for high-priority incidents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work history
3+ years in a NOC, SOC, or IT support management role, preferably in MSP / MSSP environments
2+ years of people management experience, including shift scheduling and performance reviews
Strong familiarity with SLAs, ticketing systems, and IT / cybersecurity infrastructure operations
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are preferred
