Overview
The Installation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Company shelter installations within a defined geographic region. Our products provide critical asset protection to customers in the military, infrastructure, construction, industrial, and commercial end markets. Our company is in an exciting phase of growth, expansion, and innovation.
Specific company information will be shared with qualified candidate. This is a new position due to substantial company growth. Company is a leading manufacturer of semi-permanent structures and is open to remote candidates willing to travel up to 75%.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage the installation crews assigned to your region.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard install leads and crew members to scale field capacity.
- Train and develop crew leads to ensure consistency, safety, and customer satisfaction across all installations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and pride in workmanship.
- Manage install schedules, including planning, crew assignment, logistics coordination, and redeployment of teams across projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all structures are installed in accordance with Company SOPs, engineering specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.Monitor and audit field operations for compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.Forecast resource needs based on pipeline and backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.Serve as the primary liaison between installation crews and internal departments (Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, etc.) to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope and timelines.Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success teams to support pre-install readiness and post-install closeout.Communicate with customer site leaders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.Represent Company with professionalism and integrity on job sites.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated experience building and scaling field operations teams.Working knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA compliance.Strong project planning, logistics, and resource management skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and customer relationship management.Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (up to 75%).Prior experience with tensioned fabric structures or related modular construction systems.Proficiency with field operations management software or project scheduling toolsEducation & Experience
5+ years of experience in field services, construction, or installation management, preferably in industrial or modular construction environments.2+ years of experience in a supervisory or regional leadership capacity managing remote or distributed teams.Physical Demands
Must be able to accurately exchange information with co-workers, customers, vendors, and management.Heavy lifting (50lbs) is required on a regular basis.Must be able to traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.Prolonged periods of physical activity.Manual dexterity to evaluate, modify, and operate machinery and equipment.Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines.Temperature of work environment ranges from 15 - 110°F.Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and any other access requirements necessary to enter & work at customer locations.J-18808-Ljbffr
