As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Monitor in Bridgeville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances, check credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.

Assist with security-related procedures at entry and exit points, helping to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by answering questions and directing individuals as needed according to site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities.

Document and report any unusual observations, incidents, or security-related issues according to company and client protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.

Maintain awareness of the working environment and conditions, adapting to changes in the manufacturing and industrial setting as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
