Sustainable Talent is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our embedded recruitment team supporting one of the world's most recognized and fast-growing technology companies. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping scale technical teams across the UK and EMEA by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. You'll serve as a true talent partnerowning everything from sourcing and strategy to candidate experience and offer negotiation.

This role can be based remotely within the United Kingdom or hybrid from our London office.

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to design and deliver tailored recruiting strategies
• Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to build robust pipelines for technical roles
• Manage the full candidate lifecyclefrom initial contact through offer negotiationensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
• Use data and insights to inform decisions, optimize recruiting practices, and help shape hiring strategies
• Work collaboratively with internal clients and cross-functional teams to ensure hiring outcomes align with organizational goals
