Salary : $100,000–$110,000

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Position Summary

We’re looking for licensed Texas-based therapists to provide high-quality virtual care. In this position, you’ll guide individuals through emotional and behavioral challenges using proven clinical techniques in a structured, remote work environment.

Primary Duties

• Provide teletherapy services to individuals and groups
• Develop customized treatment strategies
• Implement CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed modalities
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with care teams when necessary
• Ensure all clinical documentation meets state and HIPAA standards
