Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for all backgrounds.
  • Provide tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families, guiding them on their unique paths to healing and resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journeys.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
  • Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians, to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • Educational background leading to professional licensing.
  • Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Effective time management skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
