Job Title : Customer Service Representative Insurance | $16$24 / hr + Benefits | Full-Time In-Office

Location : Montgomery, AL

Compensation : $16.00$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do :

Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients

Respond to policy inquiries, billing questions, claims, and coverage updates

Maintain and build relationships through trust, empathy, and follow-up

Support retention and renewal efforts for existing clients

Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure excellent customer experiences

What You Need :

Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty AND Life & Health insurance license (we will guide the right candidate)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Full-time availability and ability to work in-office (Montgomery, AL)
