Job Summary :
The Family Support Center Service Navigator supports the day-to-day operations of the MVCS Family Support Center. This position provides direct assistance to families by offering resources, information, and referrals for a wide variety of services and supports. The Service Navigator will help plan and implement programs and events, including sibling and parent support groups, family networking events, sensory-friendly activities, and community partnerships. Responsibilities also include technical support for newsletters, webinars, and social media, as well as direct outreach and support to families on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket (travel required).
