Job descriptionProvide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (in-person and / or via telehealth) Create and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatric and administrative staff Support case management and continuity of care Active license : LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent Licensed in MA, RI, TX, NY, or NH Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and case documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with trauma-informed care preferred Experience with children and adolescent preferred 1099 independent contractor position 60 / 40 split compensation model Flexible hybrid scheduling (up to 16 hours / week) at least 1 weekend day required Administrative support for billing, scheduling, and credentialing Optional clinical supervision (if needed) No non-compete clause we support your professional freedom

This role is structured as a 1099 contractor position. Contractors do not receive employee benefits such as PTO, holidays, or 401(k). However, based on performance, caseload, and business needs, a W-2 employment opportunity may be considered after 6 months.
