This is a full-time position (40 hours / week), Monday through Friday. Employees must be available to work an 8-hour shift within our standard business hours of 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Mountain Time. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Employees are required to work some days onsite and some days from home. We offer 90 days of paid in-person training conducted onsite at our office located at 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 100, Golden, CO, Training hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Mountain Time. Upon successful completion of the training period, employees may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work schedule. If you live within commuting distance of our office at 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 100, Golden, CO, youll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid rolesplitting your time between home and the officebased on individual performance and business needs, as you take on meaningful challenges.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
