A company is looking for an HR Manager of Performance, Engagement & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the HR team while overseeing performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration
Drive change management initiatives and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and policy guidance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required
SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on change management and performance management
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and practices
