What is the job?
We are seeking a Global HCM Lead – P&C Design and Transformation Integration to serve as the functional and policy authority for all People & Culture (P&C) processes in our global Oracle HCM transformation. You’ll be a key member of the Transformation Core Team, reporting to the Transformation Lead, helping translate P&C policies and workforce requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions. This role combines HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management design ownership with embedded program management responsibilities, ensuring alignment across the broader enterprise transformation roadmap.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners to integrate P&C decision-making into enterprise systems, supporting program governance, readiness milestones, and transformation execution. This role is central to ensuring that our global P&C processes are compliant, scalable, and ready for the future of work.
