Job Title : Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location : Atlanta GA

Duration : 4 Months (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift : The hours may vary, starting from 7 AM through 5 : 00 PM

Position Summary :

The Patient Services Representative III - Floater (PSR III) represents the face of the company to patients who visit for routine health needs or critical lab testing. This position is responsible for drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and maintaining a professional, safe, and caring environment.

The PSR III builds trust and confidence with patients by clearly explaining procedures and performing venipunctures skillfully, safely, and accurately. As a Floater, the PSR III provides coverage at multiple sites and is expected to travel as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care & Specimen Collection

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Verify patient identity, demographics, and labeling information; ensure patients confirm accuracy post-collection.
• Explain collection procedures clearly and provide a compassionate experience for every patient.
• Maintain specimen integrity and follow established lab procedures for specimen handling and processing.
