This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems, a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation's intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats. Our capabilities in cybersecurity, network architecture, reverse engineering, software and hardware development uniquely enable us to support sensitive missions for the U.S. military and federal agency partners.

Mission Technologies a division of HII - Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space (CEWS) provides full-spectrum cyber, EW and space capabilities that address today's rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats, and anticipate emerging threats. Our cyber professionals are on the cutting edge of cyberspace operations, delivering cyberspace options and effects for our nation in an ever-changing threat environment. Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space team is currently seeking an Information Operations Planner 2 in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience to include but not limited to : reviewing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups and making recommendations to ensure compliance and / or consideration in planning efforts.
• Developing plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the JPP, within the milestones, deliverables, and interaction points for plans developed using APEX activities.
• Providing input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat, and contingency plans and operations initiatives.
• Development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations.
• Conducting research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and development of COA to defend and protect resources.
• JPGs and OPG / OPTs.
• Training personnel.
• Must possess an active TS / SCI / Polygraph for consideration.
